Lead impactful ERP transformation at Matrix HR, based in Calgary, Alberta. As a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist, youll drive strategies for enterprise-wide change.<br/><br/>In this senior role, you will oversee the development and execution of OCM strategies for a large-scale, multi-year ERP program. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will conduct assessments and implement effective communication and engagement tactics. Your leadership will ensure a smooth transition and minimize resistance as the organization adapts to new processes.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead OCM strategies for multi-year ERP transformations
• Conduct readiness and impact assessments for effective change
• Develop communication and resistance management strategies
• Partner with leaders and project teams for integrated solutions
• Coach stakeholders on change leadership and management<br/><br/>Requirements:
• University degree in a related discipline
• Prosci Certification or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years in Organizational Change Management
• Experience in large-scale digital transformations
