We’re looking for an experienced Senior Event Coordinator to support the continued development, launch, and scaling of live events across Canada.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with a strong understanding of music, nightlife, and live events, who can confidently take events from concept through to delivery and commercial performance.

As our first Canada-based events team member, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence within the market, providing local support across venues, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders while remaining fully integrated with our UK-based team and wider international departments.

Canada is already an established and growing territory within our business, and this role has been created to further strengthen our presence in the market, improve local support and responsiveness, and help unlock future growth opportunities across the region.

You’ll work closely with our existing Canadian territory team based in the UK office, as well as our wider marketing, entertainment, operations, customer service, finance, and creative departments, helping to ensure the continued success and growth of our event brands across Canada.

Working With Our Team

While this role is based remotely in Canada, you’ll be fully integrated into our wider international team and supported by established departments across events, marketing, creative, entertainment, customer service, finance, and operations.

You’ll work closely with:

  • Senior Event Coordinators and Event Administrators supporting the Canadian territory
  • Marketing and Paid Media teams driving ticket sales and campaign performance
  • Creative Marketing and Graphic Design teams developing event creatives and launch campaigns
  • Entertainment teams managing performers, talent, and show concepts
  • Customer Service teams supporting event attendees
  • Finance and Operations teams overseeing commercial performance and event delivery

As our first Canada-based events team member, you’ll act as a key extension of the UK office, helping strengthen local relationships, improve responsiveness across time zones, and provide valuable on-the-ground support as we continue to expand the territory.

What you’ll Be Doing

  • Developing commercially viable event concepts for the Canadian market
  • Building event projections, budgets, and performance forecasts
  • Booking and negotiating with venues across Canada (strong technical knowledge essential)
  • Working with our entertainment team to source and book performers and talent
  • Shaping event creatives and launch strategies alongside the marketing team
  • Leading weekly sales reviews and tracking performance on a 7-day basis
  • Working closely with our internal marketing team to optimise campaign performance and ticket sales
  • Advancing shows in detail with venues, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Contracting venues, artists, suppliers, and event partners
  • Booking staff and stakeholders required for event delivery
  • Supporting event logistics and ensuring high standards of execution across all shows
  • Scaling successful brands into new cities, repeat dates, additional shows, and larger venues
  • Identifying opportunities for new event concepts, partnerships, and market expansion
  • Attending networking events and building a strong Canadian industry contact network
  • Acting as a key local point of contact for venues, suppliers, performers, and event partners
  • Working closely with the UK office to ensure consistent planning, communication, reporting, and delivery standards across the territory

Working Pattern:

โฐ Flexibility required to work across Canadian and UK time zones where necessary

โœˆ๏ธ Travel required throughout Canada for venue meetings, networking opportunities, site visits, and event delivery

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Occasional travel to our UK head office in London may be required for team planning, training, company meetings, and key business events

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering live events end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of music, nightlife, festivals, and live events
  • Existing relationships within the Canadian events industry are highly advantageous
  • Commercially minded, with confidence in forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance
  • Comfortable owning projects and making strategic decisions
  • Strong communicator across venues, talent, marketing teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with an international team
  • Experience scaling event brands, tours, or entertainment concepts is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of venue operations, event logistics, and stakeholder management
