Design solutions that balance community needs with ecosystem preservation.<br/><br/>You will act as a regional authority on geomorphology, managing projects that include erosion protection, sediment transport, and natural hazard mitigation. This role also involves mentoring and developing talent, promoting a collaborative team environment while driving business growth through strategic initiatives.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as lead authority on fluvial and coastal geomorphology
• Manage multidisciplinary project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Enhance client relationships through strategic planning
• Develop geomorphic interpretations for infrastructure design
• Mentor and guide junior staff in the field<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Earth Science or similar
• Registered or eligible as Professional Geoscientist in BC
• Minimum of 15 years in consulting or related roles
• Extensive experience in geohazard assessments
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities<br/><br/>Shape sustainable solutions in geomorphology at WSP and drive effective team development.
