This role calls for strong expertise in commercial law, consumer protection, marketing, compliance, and contract matters, with a particular emphasis on a solid working knowledge of CASL. While candidates with a corporate background who are motivated to expand into this space will be considered, prior exposure to marketing and advertising law is highly valued.
