Description
Join Nutrien as a Senior Operations Manager overseeing North American Distribution terminals. Ensure safe operations, lead terminal teams, and manage budgets and projects for diverse fertilizer logistics.<br/><br/>This role requires in-depth knowledge of terminal operations and supervising large teams. You will oversee receiving, storing, and shipping activities for both dry and liquid fertilizers. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safe and reliable operations at multiple terminal sites
• Manage terminal budget preparation and capital planning
• Lead terminal supervisors and set clear performance expectations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely customer service
• Drive continuous improvements in terminal safety and efficiency<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent background
• 10+ years in operations with supervisory experience
• Proven experience in port facility operations
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
