Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle AI & Fusion Finance Specialist to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation and AI agent solutions tailored for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced artificial intelligence/machine learning tools and core enterprise financial workflows. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial operations, automated reconciliations, intelligent reporting, and enterprise workflow enhancements using cutting-edge Oracle AI features and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Solution Design: Design and execute AI agent frameworks, generative AI features, and digital assistants integrated into Oracle Fusion ERP environments.
  • Domain Integration: Leverage deep domain expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses) to identify high-value automation and AI opportunities.
  • Process Automation: Build and configure AI workflows that streamline financial close, invoice processing, financial forecasting, and anomaly detection.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical delivery teams to define requirements and deliver scalable AI implementations.
  • Continuous Optimization: Evaluate emerging Oracle AI capabilities, evaluate proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and establish best practices for enterprise AI deployment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience working with Oracle Enterprise Applications, with a dedicated focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong functional mastery of core Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Financial Reporting).
  • AI & Automation Skill Set: Hands-on experience or demonstrated expertise with:
  • Oracle AI / OCI AI Services (OCI Language, Vision, Anomaly Detection, Generative AI).
  • Oracle Fusion AI capabilities and Digital Assistants (ODA).
  • Building or integrating AI agents/LLM frameworks into enterprise ERP environments.
  • Location: Must be based in the USA or Canada (Eligible to work remotely).
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 5% for key client on-sites or team alignment sessions as needed.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical and financial AI concepts to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Certification.
  • Hands-on experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) integration tools (OIC, PaaS).
  • Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, or agentic framework development in an enterprise context.
