About the Role

Busbud is looking for a Product Manager to work with us in B2C, focusing on the global application. You will work to ensure that the mobile application offers significant value to users in various markets, balancing local user needs with a scalable global vision for the product, while driving adoption, engagement, and retention of the application.

This role is remote and can be based in Eastern Canada or Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the mobile app product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business goals and global platform direction;
  • Own the end-to-end mobile user experience (iOS & Android), from discovery and onboarding to booking, post-purchase, and retention;
  • Balance local relevance, market-specific constraints and global scalability, ensuring consistency across markets while maximizing user value;
  • Lead product discovery with Design, UX, and Engineering to identify, validate, and solve high-impact user problems;
  • Deliver mobile features that measurably increase app adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion;
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Growth teams to support app acquisition, onboarding, ASO, engagement, and lifecycle initiatives;
  • Define, track, and optimize mobile KPIs and OKRs, using data to guide prioritization and decision-making;
  • Run user interviews and A/B tests to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and scale successful initiatives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, CX, Marketing, Business) to ensure fast, high-quality delivery;
  • Communicate product decisions clearly, including trade-offs and rationale, acting as a facilitator and owner throughout delivery.

Who you are:

  • Experience in dividing and prioritizing activities to create roadmaps;
  • Experience with global applications;
  • Experience with payment methods;
  • Experience in business metrics, KPIs;
  • Previous responsibility for creating user journeys;
  • Knowledge of systems analysis;
  • Knowledge of integration between systems via API;
  • Knowledge of A/B testing; Knowledge of SQL databases;
  • Previous experience with agile methodologies;
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Systems: Familiar with Amplitude;
  • Language: English, Spanish (strong asset);
  • Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Remote & Distributed Team Experience: Comfortable working in a remote-first, globally distributed team.
  • Location: Eastern Canada or Brazil.
