Senior Project Manager – Commercial Glazing

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex commercial glazing and façade projects from pre-construction through to closeout. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple high-value projects, driving financial performance, mentoring project teams, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Take full ownership of project financials, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, change orders, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, general contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee project execution strategies, schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial, operational, and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and site teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive project meetings, progress reporting, and executive-level communication with internal leadership and external clients.
  • Ensure projects comply with all quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support pre-construction activities, including design coordination, constructability reviews, value engineering, and client presentations.
  • Champion best practices, process improvements, and operational excellence across the project management team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience managing large-scale commercial glazing, curtain wall, façade, or architectural envelope projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and change management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and successfully navigate challenging project environments.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, and health & safety.
  • Experience leading and mentoring project teams in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
