Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle of ICI renovation projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence and timely completion of milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of professionals, subcontractors, and trades to ensure efficient execution of projects.
  • Actively engage in the coordination of trades and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships to enhance project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes throughout the renovation process.
  • Monitor project costs and track financial progress, providing reports and updates to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Construction Expertise: Proven experience in managing ICI renovation projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Leadership: A strong track record of leading and motivating project teams, ensuring project goals are met and quality standards are adhered to.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and trades.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior project management role within the construction industry, ideally focused on renovations or ICI projects.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
