Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Robotics System Architect to join our Haulage Business Units. The System Architect will provide strategic direction and governance for the overall robotic architecture, ensuring alignment with the Haulage Unit’s product and service goals. Utilizing a deep understanding of system architecture principles and designs, the System Architect will design and create high‑quality, reliable, safe, and scalable systems.<br/><br/>Your Role
Program & Project Delivery<br/><br/>Lead end‑to‑end delivery of utility capital projects and programs.<br/><br/>Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and quality.<br/><br/>Coordinate across engineering, operations, construction teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.<br/><br/>Establish project governance, reporting structures and performance tracking mechanisms.<br/><br/>Support capital planning, forecasting, Construction Work in Progress (CWIP), and project prioritization activities.<br/><br/>PMO, Reporting & Governance<br/><br/>Implement PMO best practices, project controls and governance frameworks.<br/><br/>Develop executive dashboards, status reports, KPI scorecards and presentations.<br/><br/>Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs, change requests, corrective actions and lessons learned.<br/><br/>Support portfolio management, resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.<br/><br/>Client Engagement & Account Growth<br/><br/>Build trusted relationships with utility executives, engineering leaders and operational stakeholders.<br/><br/>Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings and stakeholder workshops.<br/><br/>Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts and support account growth initiatives.<br/><br/>Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), client presentations and RFP responses.<br/><br/>Your Skills and Experience<br/><br/>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Construction Management or a related field.<br/><br/>10+ years of project and program management experience.<br/><br/>5+ years of experience delivering capital projects within the electric utility, energy, infrastructure or engineering services sectors.<br/><br/>Strong stakeholder management, communication and client‑facing relationship skills.<br/><br/>Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and external vendors.<br/><br/>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.<br/><br/>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.<br/><br/>Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.<br/><br/>Proficiency in project management tools, reporting dashboards and Microsoft Office applications.<br/><br/>Benefits
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $75,000 to $160,000 CAD/year.<br/><br/>Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
