About The Role
As Leo Berwick AI scales, we are looking for an exceptional recruiter ideally with experience in the technology and consulting space, to help build the teams behind our work. In this role, you will own hiring end‑to‑end across both technology‑enabled consulting and technical data and AI roles, partnering closely with senior leaders to raise the bar as we grow. You’ll play an active and important role in shaping how we source, assess, and hire, building durable talent pools and delivering a thoughtful, high‑caliber candidate experience.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to make real impact in a rapidly evolving space. You enjoy working closely with candidates and hiring managers in fast‑moving environments and are motivated by the opportunity to help build teams at the frontier of AI, technology, and value creation and not simply fill roles.

What You’ll Do
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for consulting and technical data & AI roles in a fast‑growing firm
- Partner closely with senior leaders, operators, and technologists to hire talent that drives long‑term value creation
- Build and refine recruiting processes as LB AI scales – this is a builder role, not maintenance
- Support hiring for our teams at the forefront of AI‑driven transformation, tackling complex, high‑impact problems for PE‑backed companies
- Craft bespoke outbound strategies tailored to high‑caliber candidates
- Bring innovative and thoughtful sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract exceptional consulting and technical talent in competitive markets
- Run rigorous interview processes without compromising quality or candidate experience
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with exposure to technical, data, or AI‑adjacent roles
- A strong track record of writing compelling outbound outreach that gets replies, and tailoring messaging by candidate profile
- Confidence assessing technical profiles, probing beyond the resume, and escalating concerns early
- Sound judgment and comfort running rigorous, high‑bar interview processes
- Motivation to build, not just fill roles that help shape a firm at the frontier of AI and technology transformation
- Exposure to PE, M&A, or technology advisory strongly preferred
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping how things get done

Compensation:
This is a permanent full-time role offering a base salary range of $80,000–$105,000 CAD, commensurate with skills, experience, and alignment with the requirements of the role. Placement within this range will be determined based on experience relevant to this role and scope of responsibility.
