Description
We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong background in PeopleSoft-to-SuccessFactors transformations. This role supports a major utilities client through configuration, data migration, payroll validation, and integration activities across EC, ECP, Time, and Global Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the PeopleSoft → SuccessFactors data migration (extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation).
- Configure and validate Employee Central, Position Management, Time, Global Benefits, and Employee Central Payroll.
- Review payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, and support end‑to‑end payroll cycles including Canadian compliance.
- Support integration work (CPI, APIs, OData, IDocs) and EC ↔ ECP replication.
- Participate in testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), payroll validation, and cutover activities.
- Act as a bridge between SI and HR teams, ensuring shared understanding of design decisions.
- Provide documentation, training, and functional guidance to client SMEs.
Required Skills
- 8+ years in SAP SuccessFactors with strong functional SME experience.
- Deep knowledge of EC, ECP, Time, Global Benefits, and Canadian payroll.
- Hands‑on experience with data migration, SAP Migration Center, and ETL processes.
- Experience working in large ERP/SI‑led programs.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks (CPI, APIs, IDocs, OData).
Preferred
- SuccessFactors certifications (EC, ECP, Time, Benefits).
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance payroll postings.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP.
- Experience in unionized/public sector environments.

- Strong analytical and validation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
- Detail‑oriented, autonomous, and proactive.
- Excellent documentation and training capabilities.
