Job Title: Senior SAP PEO Consultants

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $90 – $105

What’s the Job?

  • Lead business process design and solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Production Engineering, and Operations (PEO).
  • Facilitate SAP PEO solution design workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding of client needs.
  • Configure, test, and deploy SAP PEO solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as PLM, PP, QM, EWM, and MES/Digital Manufacturing.
  • Analyze complex manufacturing processes, including shop floor execution and engineering change management, to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure end-to-end integration and successful implementation of engineering-to-manufacturing transformation programs.

What’s Needed?

  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, PEO, PLM, and Production Planning (PP).
  • Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and shop floor execution.
  • Proven ability to lead solution design workshops and gather detailed requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
