Who you’ll be building for

The team next to you. The reps on the phones, the account managers holding ten relationships at once, the project leads turning briefs into shipped work. They don’t need AI to do their job. They need the layer underneath that frees their hours for the parts only a human can do, so the value we deliver to our client partners keeps compounding. Build them that layer, and you’ve built the engine

The role

You start deep in our operations to see how the business actually moves. From the inside, watching where the manual work piles up and where reports lie because the data lies. You come out with a shortlist of what to build first, and you move fast because every system that’s running is a system that’s compounding.

From there you’re building the voice agents that handle real calls, the automation layers across Duda, HubSpot, Make.com and whatever else earns its place in the stack, and the reporting that lets the whole company see what’s actually happening. You build with the assumption that the model will get something wrong, and the system holds up anyway. You know which problems deserve an LLM and which need a SQL query. And when something breaks at eleven at night because someone renamed a field in HubSpot, you’ve already built the alert that caught it.

This role has room to grow into. The person we want is strategic and hands-on, the kind who can sit in a leadership conversation in the morning and ship in the afternoon. Where this goes for you depends on what you bring.

Who we’re looking for

You’ve shipped AI in production. Voice, LLMs, workflow automation, the full stack, and the systems you built are still running today. You can describe one in two sentences and we’ll know exactly what you mean.

You’ve watched an agent meet an unexpected accent or an empty payload, and you’ve built for it. You’ve earned your opinions about your tools the hard way, and you can name what each one costs you to use.

What’s here

An annual salary $150K to $200K, set by your experience and what you’ve shipped in AI and automation. Real ownership of the AI stack from day one, not a backlog to babysit.

We’re onsite in Brossard, with free parking, a private gym, and the REM at our doorstep. If you’re on the South Shore, you get a serious AI role without the bridge. If you’re coming from the island, the train drops you a block away.

Des agents vocaux qui répondent vraiment au téléphone. Des workflows qui font tranquillement la job de trois personnes. Qui on est

Tout a commencé avec deux fondateurs, un sous-sol et un bottin téléphonique. Deux ans d’appels à froid avant même qu’il y ait un bureau où les faire. Le monde qui dirige le plancher aujourd’hui, c’est le même monde qui a fait ce travail-là, et ils se souviennent exactement de ce que ça prend, et c’est pour ça qu’ici, on valorise le monde qui sait livrer.

Aujourd’hui, on passe au prochain niveau. L’IA change complètement ce qu’un bon opérateur peut accomplir dans une journée, et on fait évoluer comment cette business roule autour de ce virage-là, agent par agent, workflow par workflow. Celui qui possède cette couche-là ne prend pas juste une job, il façonne ce à quoi on va ressembler dans deux ans.

Ce qu’on a construit ici, c’est une vraie équipe, et on en est fiers. On apprend ensemble, on bûche ensemble, on gagne ensemble, et le monde nous le dit tout le temps qu’on le sent dès qu’on entre dans le bureau. C’est exactement pour ça qu’on est sur place, à quelques minutes du Quartier Dix/30. Les meilleurs builders ici progressent parce que celui assis à côté progresse aussi, et c’est ça, l’effet multiplicateur qui fait que notre succès s’accumule. Les outils font beaucoup, et on les utilise tous au quotidien, mais cette partie-là, elle se passe dans le bureau.

Pour qui tu vas bâtir

L’équipe assise à côté de toi. Les représentants au téléphone, les chargés de comptes qui gèrent dix relations en parallèle, les chefs de projet qui transforment des briefs en livrables. Ils n’ont pas besoin que l’IA fasse leur job. Ils ont besoin de la couche en dessous, celle qui libère leurs heures pour ce qui demande vraiment un humain, pour que la valeur qu’on livre à nos partenaires clients continue à s’accumuler. Bâtis-leur cette couche-là, et t’as bâti le moteur.

Le rôle

Tu commences en plein dans nos opérations pour voir comment la business roule pour vrai. De l’intérieur, à regarder où le travail manuel s’accumule et où les rapports mentent parce que les données mentent. Tu en ressors avec une liste courte de ce qu’il faut bâtir en premier, et tu avances vite parce que chaque système qui roule, c’est un système qui s’accumule.

À partir de là, tu bâtis les agents vocaux qui prennent des vrais appels, les couches d’automatisation entre Duda, HubSpot, Make.com et tout ce qui mérite sa place dans le stack, et le reporting qui permet à toute la compagnie de voir ce qui se passe pour de vrai. Tu bâtis en partant du principe que le modèle va se tromper à un moment donné, et que le système, lui, tient le coup. Tu sais quels problèmes méritent un LLM et lesquels ont juste besoin d’un SQL. Et quand quelque chose pète à onze heures du soir parce que quelqu’un a renommé un champ dans HubSpot, t’as déjà bâti l’alerte qui l’a attrapé.

Ce rôle a de la place pour grandir. Le monde qu’on cherche est stratégique et hands-on, le genre qui peut être dans une conversation de leadership le matin et shipper l’après-midi. Où ça va pour toi, ça dépend de ce que tu apportes.

Qui on cherche

T’as déjà shipé de l’IA en production. Voice, LLMs, automation, le stack complet, et les systèmes que t’as bâtis roulent encore aujourd’hui. Tu peux nous en décrire un en deux phrases et on va comprendre exactement ce que tu veux dire.

T’as déjà vu un agent rencontrer un accent inattendu ou un payload vide, et t’as bâti pour ça. T’as gagné tes opinions sur tes outils à la dure, et tu peux nommer ce que chacun te coûte à utiliser.

Ce qu’on offre

Salaire annuel entre 150 000 $ à 200 000 $, ajustée selon ton expérience et ce que t’as livré en IA et en automatisation. De la vraie ownership du stack IA dès le jour un, pas un backlog à gérer. On est sur place à Brossard, avec du stationnement gratuit, un gym privé et le REM à notre porte. Si t’es sur la Rive-Sud, t’as un vrai rôle en IA sans le pont.
