About the Opportunity<br/><br/>Join a growing financial services organization at a pivotal stage of a multi-year finance transformation. As a Senior Systems Analyst, Finance Transformation, youll help bridge the gap between Finance and Technology as a new enterprise Oracle platform transitions from implementation into business‑as‑usual operations.
Your work will directly support finance teams by ensuring systems, processes, and reporting remain reliable through ongoing enhancements and change.
Working alongside Finance, Technology, and global stakeholders, youll play a key role in testing, process improvement, change management, and system support. Your Responsibilities<br/><br/>Support the transition of Oracle Finance into business‑as‑usual operations, ensuring users are set up for success through role‑based access, reconciliations, and system readiness activities
Design and execute user acceptance and regression testing by developing Excel‑based test scripts, validating results, documenting outcomes, and supporting change releases
Act as the bridge between Finance and Technology, translating business requirements into practical system solutions and communicating the impact of change to stakeholders
Support finance system governance, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate enhancements with global technology teams
Maintain finance system structures, reporting hierarchies, and data integrity across approximately 10 legal entities while supporting accurate financial reporting
Contribute to cutover planning, change control, process documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications<br/><br/>4+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, finance systems, or finance transformation
Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent); active membership not required
Experience supporting ERP implementations or major finance system transformations using Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
Demonstrated experience creating UAT and regression test scripts, validating outputs, documenting results, and supporting business users through system changes
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and multi‑entity environments
Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing financial data and supporting reporting processes
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Finance and Technology teams
