Description
Insight Global is seeking a Service Representative to join the Payment Operations team, which serves as the centralized wire processing hub for a major Canadian financial institution in Montreal, QC. This role acts as the first line of defence in the processing of incoming and outgoing wire payments for both corporate and retail clients. Key responsibilities include performing critical compliance and control checks on required wire data elements, conducting sanctions screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing post-execution support for wire payments. This is a 12-month contract, with possible conversion or extension. You will be on a hybrid schedule, coming in 2x a week on-site.
