Inbound Team Lead

Location: Mississauga, ON

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Schedule: Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays

Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Inbound Team Lead to support warehouse operations for a leading luxury designer brand. The successful candidate will oversee inbound receiving and putaway activities while leading a team to achieve daily operational targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inbound receiving, inspection, and putaway operations.
  • Support, coach, and guide warehouse associates to ensure daily productivity goals are met.
  • Ensure inbound processes are executed according to standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure the efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse.
  • Prepare and send operational reports to management.
  • Assist with issue resolution and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with inventory, outbound, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promote workplace safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of receiving, putaway, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
