  • Develop and maintain test cases, test matrices, test plans, and test reports in alignment with established standards and processes.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into clear, executable functional and automated test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, analyze, and track defects; perform root-cause analysis and collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and Scrum Masters to resolve issues.
  • Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across complex systems.
  • Quickly ramp up on new applications and platforms to perform test analysis, scripting, execution, and automation with minimal onboarding.
  • Take a proactive approach by asking questions, seeking clarification, requesting work, and anticipating testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain back-end automated tests using Concordion, including writing automation scripts, executing automated test suites, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the automation framework.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test automation/SDET in a large-scale or complex IT environment.

  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving Agile environment.
