Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems (ASCS) builds and operates the systems behind the worlds largest e-commerce product catalog, enabling customers to find, discover, and buy anything they want. The Offers Platform team serves product and offering data containing billions of records — the authority for product information, availability, and price — responding to hundreds of billions of requests per day at single‑digit millisecond latency.<br/><br/>Key Pillars<br/><br/>Offer Projections and Insights – Diagnostic, analytics, and Tier‑1 aggregation services that power offer intelligence, detail page widgets (buybox, twister, price ranges), and emerging AI‑powered shopping experiences.<br/><br/>Catalog Vending – Website‑facing and end‑customer interfaces and precompute systems that project catalog data to hundreds of downstream consumers, powering the Amazon shopping experience.<br/><br/>Key Job Responsibilities<br/><br/>Drive large‑scale, cross‑functional programs spanning multiple development teams from inception to delivery – defining roadmaps, user stories, and technical solutions for agentic shopping, hyperlocalization, and catalog vending initiatives.<br/><br/>Interact with project sponsors, engineering leaders, Principal Engineers, and partner teams across VP‑level organizations to define and deliver complex programs.<br/><br/>Clearly communicate roadmap, plans, and project status to senior management and key technical and business stakeholders.<br/><br/>Work closely with software development teams on delivering high‑quality solutions, providing guidance on architecture, design, and priorities.<br/><br/>Lead AI adoption – driving how the team leverages generative AI and agentic technologies in both product and process.<br/><br/>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; provide escalation management; balance business needs versus technical constraints.<br/><br/>Evangelize the teams capabilities across Amazon, build relationships, and identify existing technologies that can accelerate delivery.<br/><br/>Basic Qualifications<br/><br/>7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.<br/><br/>5+ years of technical product or program management experience.<br/><br/>3+ years of software development experience.<br/><br/>5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.<br/><br/>Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications<br/><br/>5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.<br/><br/>Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.<br/><br/>Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.<br/><br/>Team Video

The base salary range for this position is CAD 128,100.00 – 214,000.00 annually. Compensation may include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and other resources to improve well‑being.<br/><br/>Company
