About the Role

Our consulting client is seeking a Sr. Technical ServiceNow Integration Consultant to support internal ServiceNow administration and integration initiatives. This role will focus heavily on ServiceNow integrations and platform support activities within a collaborative internal team environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and security platforms such as Websense and similar technologies. Strong communication skills are essential as the consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications and security tools
  • Perform ServiceNow administration and platform support activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders
  • Configure and maintain APIs, web services, and middleware integrations
  • Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensure platform stability, security, and performance
