This role focuses on student career engagement and recruitment, enhancing the future of legal practitioners.<br/><br/>As a dynamic lawyer, you will lead the career development for our articling students while supporting the Talent Management team and the Students Committee. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, organizing professional development activities, and contributing to various Talent Management projects. You will also collaborate closely with timekeepers, gaining exposure to the firm’s Associate Programs and offering mentorship to budding legal professionals.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Manage career development and engagement of articling students
• Assist with recruitment and training programs for legal staff
• Develop and implement talent management initiatives
• Coordinate with different groups within the firm
• Lead mentorship efforts for student development<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Law degree with good standing in Ontario
• At least six years of legal or talent management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
