Elevate organizational effectiveness as a Change Leadership Consultant with Toronto Hydro in Toronto, ON. Drive successful change initiatives and empower leaders to adapt in a hybrid work environment.<br/><br/>This role reports to the Manager of Culture & Change, focusing on change management, leadership enablement, and strategic consulting. With a strong emphasis on partnership, you will guide leaders through organizational complexities, develop initiatives, and promote effective change practices.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct change management needs analysis for initiatives
• Provide consulting on organizational change implementation
• Partner with leaders to assess impacts and risks
• Design and execute leadership development initiatives
• Plan and manage leadership forums and summits<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Over five years of experience in change management
• Certified Human Resources Professional/Leader (CHRP/CHRL) preferred
• Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred
• Experience in designing leadership programs
