Shape Alberta’s Ukrainian heritage at the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village as the Head of External Relations and Events. Lead stakeholder engagement and event planning to boost community connections and visitor experiences.<br/><br/>In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee strategic relationships, marketing, and event initiatives. Drive awareness and support for the UCHV while ensuring recruitment and coordination of volunteers. Your role will also include managing revenue-producing programs while ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Build strategic partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders
• Lead marketing and communications initiatives to enhance visibility
• Plan and evaluate special events and educational programs
• Supervise volunteer engagement and recognition
• Strengthen UCHVs presence in heritage and tourism sectors<br/><br/>Requirements:
• University degree plus 4 years of relevant experience
• Proven skills in stakeholder relations and event management
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract<br/><br/>Utilize your expertise in external relations to enrich Albertas cultural heritage.
