Join our client as a Senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. This role emphasizes building high-performing teams and executing talent strategies.<br/><br/>In this role, you will be an essential member of the HR leadership team, supporting business leaders in the Minerals sector. Your focus will be on executing talent strategies and fostering employee engagement while leveraging your experience in organizational growth. You will also coach leaders, manage employee relations, and oversee the rollout of HR programs across regions.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key advisor to business leaders
• Partner on business transformation and workforce design
• Execute aligned talent strategies with leadership
• Coach and mentor on succession and performance management
• Lead and support HR team members<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent HR experience
• 10+ years in HR, including 7+ as a business partner
• Proven experience supporting multi-country operations
• Deep understanding of employment laws across regions
