Lead highway infrastructure projects remotely with AECOM as a Structural Engineering Lead. Your expertise in leading and managing engineers, inspectors, and technicians will ensure successful highway projects while providing solutions that meet provincial standards. This position fosters collaboration in a dynamic environment, aiming for impactful designs in highway expansion projects.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead structural engineering practice for highway projects
• Deliver cost-effective structural evaluations and designs
• Manage and develop the highway structural engineering team
• Supervise project managing assignments from planning to construction
• Build strong client relationships and develop design deliverables<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8 years progressive engineering experience
• 4+ years leading structural engineering teams
• Registered P. Eng. in British Columbia
