The Job!
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the organization, while giving an excellent candidate experience.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for approximately 10+active requisitions
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings
- Present qualified candidates while providing thoughtful market insights and hiring guidance.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a consultative Talent Acquisition partner by advising hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Support campus recruitment initiatives and co-op hiring
- Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes and overall hiring outcomes.
What You Bring to the Job
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- A consultative mindset with the confidence to influence hiring decisions
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively using sourcing platforms.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing capabilities.
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Curious, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to think independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage stakeholder expectations.
