The Job!

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the organization, while giving an excellent candidate experience.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for approximately 10+active requisitions
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings
• Present qualified candidates while providing thoughtful market insights and hiring guidance.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultative Talent Acquisition partner by advising hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
• Support campus recruitment initiatives and co-op hiring
• Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes and overall hiring outcomes.

What You Bring to the Job

• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• A consultative mindset with the confidence to influence hiring decisions
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively using sourcing platforms.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing capabilities.
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
• Curious, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to think independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage stakeholder expectations.
