They are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and support hiring across various business units.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and candidate engagement
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles
- Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events while promoting its employer brand
Key Requirements
- 1–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience attracting talent in competitive markets
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environmen
- Proven experience partnering with and influencing hiring managemen
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on candidate experience
