Talent Acquisition Specialist

Toronto, Canada

Min 6 months contract

  • Full cycle recruitment experience in product roles (ideally agency and inhouse) with high volume (20+ reqs on at a time)
  • Stakeholder management experience – experience dealing with senior stakeholders who may be challenging/demanding – strong communication/influencing skills vital
  • Ability to prioritise workload when working high volumes that will include complex cases roles (roles that need sourcing, immigration, working with total rewards etc)
  • Nice to have: Workday experience (Applicant tracking system)
  • Extensive experience in product recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions within both corporate and agency environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates by understanding product lifecycle, market needs, and industry trends.
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A high degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity.
  • Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong experience in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across functions.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Workday ATS is preferred but not required.
