We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!
Job Description
– Open work orders;
– Close work orders;
– Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
– Answer calls and schedule appointments
– Track parts on order
– Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans
– Process requests for extended warranties
– Manage multiple IT platforms

Job Requirements:
– Experience in the automotive industry (any role);
– Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).
We offer a permanent position with a 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday), no weekends.
