Description
Lead software delivery at Electronic Arts as a Technical Delivery Manager. Oversee a diverse team to build internal platforms while ensuring high-quality outcomes through agile processes.<br/><br/>In this role, you will report to a Development Director and be responsible for leading a software development team. Your main tasks include translating product strategies into actionable plans, improving delivery processes, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will ensure team effectiveness and manage dependencies while driving projects from planning to release.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop executable delivery plans
• Manage Agile delivery processes and monitor execution against plans
• Anticipate challenges and lead solutions across teams
• Work with engineering and QA to prioritize technical debt
• Support direct reports and cultivate a high-performing team<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5+ years in project or program management
• 3+ years in people management and coaching
• Experience in Agile software delivery and planning
• Strong skills in delivery health monitoring
• Passion for modern software practices and AI technologies<br/><br/>Excel in leading delivery processes, enhancing team performance, and leveraging Agile methodologies at EA.
