Fillmore Riley LLP is a full-service law firm in the heart of downtown Winnipeg that’s entrusted to handle some of Canada’s most complex corporate transactions. We’re looking for someone sharp, organized and curious about corporate law.

If you’ve worked in a professional environment where precision matters, you manage competing priorities without missing a beat, and you take ownership of your work — we want to hear from you. Legal experience is an asset.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support our corporate team through every stage of a transaction — preparing documents to form, amend, and dissolve corporations and limited partnerships, handling extra-provincial registrations, maintaining digital corporate minute books, and helping close deals. You’ll learn the full lifecycle of corporate work, with mentorship from experienced lawyers and paralegals.
