Role Summary:
The Urban Planner and Property Management role oversees day-to-day property operations while ensuring alignment with urban planning policies, land-use regulations, and long-term development goals. This role bridges urban planning, property management, and stakeholder coordination to support sustainable, compliant, and well-functioning urban assets.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Property Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning or Real Estate (preferred but not required)
- Experience in property management, urban planning, real estate development, or municipal planning
- Familiarity with zoning codes, land-use regulations, and permitting processes
- Property operations & asset management
- Urban planning principles and land-use policy
- Budgeting and financial oversight
- Project coordination and scheduling
- Stakeholder communication and conflict resolution
- GIS or basic spatial analysis (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and document management systems
