This newly created role reflects the company’s ongoing growth and its commitment to strengthening the operational backbone of the business. Reporting directly to the President and Owner, the successful candidate will assume broad oversight across the full construction lifecycle, from procurement through site construction and post‑construction services. They will also drive improvements in internal processes, team development , strategic and operational planning, and overall organizational performance.
As a senior leader with wide-reaching influence, this individual will serve as a key integrator across the business. They will ensure projects are delivered to the company’s high standards, elevate internal systems, and play an instrumental role in shaping the organization’s next phase of growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A seasoned construction leader with experience in low‑rise residential building, ideally spanning site operations, project delivery, and organizational leadership.
- Brings credibility in the industry and the ability to foster strong relationships with trades, consultants, and internal teams.
