About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Product to lead the next chapter of its product strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting the mid-to-long-term product strategy, unlocking enterprise value, and ensuring that the multi-product portfolio drives global market leadership. This role involves leading a team of ~20 product managers, designers, and advocates, and requires the ability to shape and drive commercial lifecycles, bridge the gap between product and engineering, and translate strategy into enterprise value. The VP, Product will be expected to connect product strategy to revenue leadership, and to measure success by the impact on the go-to-market path, product evolution, and the development of a world-class product culture.
Candidates for the VP, Product position at the company should have substantial executive leadership experience in managing a complex, multi-product portfolio, with a proven track record of scaling through a layer of people managers. The role demands high-clarity strategic judgment, the ability to turn technical capabilities into customer value, and experience in organizational design and culture. A deep understanding of developer workflows and a practical approach to AI-native development is essential.
