• Lead end-to-end execution of technical projects
• Drive AI innovations in partnership with product teams
• Maintain the health of the Visier People instance
• Synthesize data insights for organizational enhancements<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Over 6 years of BI or Data Analytics experience
• Advanced SQL abilities with strong visualization skills
• Background in SaaS or HR Tech preferred
• In-depth understanding of HR metrics and the tech stack
