We are seeking a Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences at House of McGrath, our exciting new restaurant. You’ll provide warm, attentive service to guests, ensure smooth table turnover, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in hospitality and loves making people happy through great food and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly with a smile.
• Maintain table cleanliness, anticipate guest needs, and upsell specials or drinks confidently.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and resolve any issues seamlessly.
• Process payments accurately, handle cash-outs, and balance end-of-shift reports.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to deliver safe, high-quality service every shift.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and supporting team during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of restaurant serving experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude under pressure.
• Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
• FoodSafe and SmartServe certification or willingness to obtain (asset).
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
