We are seeking a Workday Certified R2R (Record to Report) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday Financials to support end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of financial accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in R2R processes such as general ledger, financial reporting, journal entries, allocations, and period close, and will partner closely with business stakeholders to drive financial transformation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Workday Financials R2R Expertise
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Record to Report processes
• Configure and optimize core accounting functions, including:

General Ledger Journal entries and adjustments Allocations and consolidations Period-end close and financial reporting

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday Prism, Accounting Center, or Adaptive Planning
• Exposure to integration frameworks and data migration tools
• Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs
• Additional certifications in Workday Financials modules
