Our client is looking for an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Program Lead to join a growing, workforce-intensive organization focused on operational excellence and employee experience.

This role is ideal for a WFM professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, HR, payroll, and technology, and who enjoys translating workforce strategy into practical, scalable solutions

Role Overview:

  • Lead enterprise-wide Workforce Management operations
  • Act as the functional SME for Dayforce WFM (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence)
  • Partner with Operations to optimize staffing models, labour utilization, and scheduling
  • Drive compliance with labour standards and collective agreements
  • Lead WFM integration for new contracts, acquisitions, and expansions
  • Own WFM governance, system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and support WFM analysts and schedulers across the business

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Operations, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Workforce Management, labour scheduling, or time & attendance.
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce WFM modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence).
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, scheduling practices, and payroll impacts.
  • Proven ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into action.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large, multi-site, unionized, or regulated environments.
  • Dayforce WFM certifications or equivalent HCM/WFM system experience.
  • Experience supporting workforce transformations or optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies.
