A respected and well-established organization in Winnipeg is seeking an Executive Director to lead its operations at a site located in the city. This opportunity is confidential; details will be provided with selected candidates during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and leadership in alignment with the organization mission values and goals
- Oversee operations, programs, staffing and financial performance
- Ensures high quality healthcare services and hospitality to clients
- Collaborate with regional directors and head office staff to develop strategic plans for sustainability and growth
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and team building experience
- Strong understanding in financial oversight/budget compliance of the business
- Experience in HealthcareLeadership or Hospitality
- Registered nurses are an asset and would be given first preference
