This Senior Growth Product Designer role focuses on upper-funnel growth within the application. You will design the entry points, sign-up experiences, and onboarding journeys that turn intent into meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Design discovery, sign-up, identity, and onboarding experiences inside a complex application
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Data, and IAM to ship and iterate on experiments
- Define and interpret success metrics tied to activation and real user outcomes
- Use behavioral insights and experiment results to continuously improve the funnel
- Contribute scalable growth and monetization patterns to the design system
- Advocate for reducing friction while protecting trust, accessibility, and product health
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years designing complex SaaS or PLG products
- Experience with in-product discovery, activation, onboarding, or identity flows
- Comfort in experiment-driven environments with frequent iteration
- Strong systems thinking and high craft across interaction and visual design
- Experience partnering with product and data teams to interpret funnel metrics
- Empathy for first-time users and a sharp eye for clarity and cognitive load
