Description

We’re hiring a Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Intraday Liquidity Management solution within the Enterprise Finance & Treasury team of a leading Canadian bank.

Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 1 day/week + 1 Friday/month)

Contract: 6 Months (Extension Possible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed process maps, workflows, SOPs, and procedure documentation.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to capture and document business processes.
  • Create BAU reference materials aligned with enterprise documentation standards.
  • Support implementation and knowledge transfer activities.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within large financial institutions.
  • Strong experience creating process documentation, workflows, and SOPs using Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with Treasury, Liquidity Management, Finance, Product Control, or Market Risk.
  • Experience with a Top 5 Canadian bank is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Change Management experience.
