Description

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in enterprise automation and platform modernisation
  • Proven experience leading large-scale WinBatch or legacy automation migration programs to C# / .NET
  • Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, and Windows-based automation design and execution
  • Deep understanding of WinBatch scripting and translation of WinBatch logic into scalable C# implementations
  • Ownership of automation solution design, coding standards, logging, exception handling, and retry mechanisms
  • Strong experience with MS SQL, including data modelling considerations and validation of automation outputs
  • Working knowledge of Python for supporting utilities, scripts, or data handling where required
  • Strong experience handling JSON-based inputs/outputs and configuration-driven automation design
  • Ability to design and govern batch processing, file handling, schedulers, and service-based automations
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines to support build, validation, and deployment of automation solutions
  • Hands-on experience reviewing automation quality gates and static analysis outputs in CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong proficiency with GIT repositories for version control, branching strategy, and release management
  • Lead technical design reviews and ensure consistency across multiple PODs
  • Guide developers and testers on automation standards, best practices, and reusable patterns
  • Ensure functional parity and controlled behaviors during WinBatch to C# conversion
  • Act as the primary technical interface with Humana stakeholders
  • Provide technical risk assessment, mitigation plans, and delivery status to clients and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and enterprise governance standards
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models with multi-POD execution
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision-making skills
