WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted extension of the founder, ensuring seamless execution across both business and personal priorities.
This role sits at the intersection of family office operations, executive support, talent acquisition, household management, strategic projects, and complex logistics. You will operate as the founder’s right hand, removing friction, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring every aspect of the founder’s professional and personal ecosystem runs smoothly.
You will be responsible for coordinating high-impact initiatives while managing the infrastructure that supports the founder, family, residences, travel, staff, and investments.
You will:
- Work directly with the founder on strategic, operational, and personal priorities.
- Act as a force multiplier, enabling the founder to focus on investments, growth, partnerships, and long-term vision.
- Manage and execute high-priority projects across business, family office, real estate, household, and personal domains.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including private aviation, accommodations, transportation, security considerations, visas, and contingency planning.
- Oversee day-to-day family office operations, ensuring all moving parts are coordinated and executed to a high standard.
- Build systems, processes, and operating frameworks that improve efficiency, visibility, and accountability.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure issues are addressed before they impact the founder or family.
- Manage sensitive matters requiring exceptional discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Family Office & Principal Support
- Serve as the primary operational partner to the founder across personal, family office, and business matters.
- Coordinate the founder’s priorities, commitments, and special projects across multiple geographies and entities.
- Manage complex travel logistics, often involving multiple destinations, changing schedules, private transportation, and high-touch coordination.
- Handle urgent and time-sensitive requests with speed, discretion, and resourcefulness.
- Support personal acquisitions, purchases, memberships, events, relocations, and lifestyle management initiatives.
- Coordinate external advisors, legal professionals, accountants, wealth managers, and service providers when required.
- Ensure strict confidentiality across all family and business matters.
Household Operations
- Oversee operations across residences and properties.
- Establish systems and standards for household management, maintenance, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage relationships with estate managers, contractors, household vendors, and external partners.
- Ensure residences operate efficiently and are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate renovations, projects, property improvements, and household-related initiatives.
Talent & Staffing
- Lead recruitment efforts for household, personal, and family office staff.
- Source, assess, hire, onboard, and manage personnel including:
- Executive Assistants
- Personal Assistants
- Estate Managers
- Housekeepers
- Nannies
- Chefs
- Drivers
- Security Personnel
- Other specialized support staff
- Identify talent gaps and build high-performing support teams around the founder and family.
- Establish performance expectations and accountability systems for household and family office personnel.
Special Projects
- Own high-impact projects from concept through execution.
- Coordinate initiatives across real estate, hospitality, investments, travel, lifestyle, and infrastructure.
- Build project plans, track milestones, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Step into operational gaps as needed to ensure continuity and execution.

- 7+ years supporting founders, principals, UHNW families, family offices, or high-growth executive environments.
- Proven experience managing complex personal and professional operations simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating international travel, multi-property operations, and high-touch lifestyle management.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and managing household or personal staff.
- Strong project management and operational execution capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems without direction.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
