Drive impactful equity-based care programs as the Chief Privacy Officer at Durham Community Health Centre. This hybrid-full time role requires exceptional leadership in privacy policy and integrated client services.<br/><br/>In this pivotal position, you will oversee the strategic direction for integrated care and privacy management within DCHC. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage nine direct reports while ensuring privacy legislation compliance across all programs. Your leadership will enhance Durhams community health initiatives through collaboration and deliberate service integration.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of the Whitby HART Hub
• Manage privacy-related policies organization-wide
• Increase client engagement and satisfaction
• Support funding identification for strategic growth
• Guide team effectiveness in delivering client-centered care<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Master’s degree with extensive healthcare experience
• Knowledge of community health services
• Familiarity with Ontario’s health regulations
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
