Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Architect to design, develop, and oversee enterprise-wide data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will define data architecture standards, build scalable data platforms, and enable advanced analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise data architecture, data models, and analytics frameworks.
  • Develop scalable data warehouses, data lakes, and modern data platforms.
  • Define data governance, security, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
  • Architect ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data integration and transformation.
  • Lead the adoption of cloud-based analytics technologies and best practices.
  • Support business intelligence, reporting, predictive analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Optimize data performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Mentor data engineers, analysts, and other technical team members.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and architecture patterns.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data architecture.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, or Google.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Amazon Redshift.
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and big data technologies.
  • Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data security.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of data catalog and master data management solutions.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Relevant cloud or data architecture certifications.
