Role Overview<br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Director to lead large-scale Quality Engineering (QE) programs and drive AI-led transformation initiatives for strategic clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end QE delivery organizations, combined with hands‑on leadership experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI-driven testing and quality engineering solutions.
This leader will be responsible for customer management, delivery excellence, transformation programs, and operational oversight of a 150+ member QE organization, ensuring high-quality delivery, innovation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities<br/><br/>Own and lead end-to-end delivery of large QE engagements with teams of<br/><br/>150+ QA/QE professionals<br/><br/>across multiple geographies.
Serve as the primary executive stakeholder for customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, delivery governance, and strategic alignment.
Drive QE transformation initiatives leveraging automation, GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent testing frameworks.
Build and execute QE roadmaps focused on efficiency, productivity, quality improvement, and cost optimization.
Lead large-scale testing programs across web, mobile, cloud, API, data, and enterprise applications.
Define delivery governance models, KPIs, SLAs, risk management frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for AI adoption in testing, including:
Defect prediction and triage
Autonomous testing agents
AI-powered quality analytics
Partner with engineering, product, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver transformational outcomes.
Manage financials, resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and delivery P&L responsibilities.
Mentor and develop QE leadership teams, managers, architects, and SMEs.
Support solutioning, pre-sales, RFPs, and business development activities.
Required Skills & Experience<br/><br/>15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and Delivery Management.
Proven experience managing large-scale QE delivery organizations ( 150+ members ).
Strong track record of leading enterprise-wide QE transformation programs.
Mandatory experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI implementations in Quality Engineering.
Deep expertise in:
Test Automation
DevOps / DevSecOps
Agile Delivery
Experience managing strategic enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of modern QA tools and frameworks including Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, API Testing, Performance Testing, and Test Management platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
Demonstrated success in driving innovation, operational excellence, and delivery transformation.
Preferred Qualifications<br/><br/>Experience in implementing AI-powered test engineering platforms and autonomous testing solutions.
Knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Governance, and Responsible AI practices.
Experience working in Retail, Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, or Enterprise Digital Transformation programs.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
