Job Description<br/><br/>Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs, ensuring successful execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.<br/><br/>Serve as the primary client-facing delivery leader, building trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.<br/><br/>Drive program planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and execution across distributed teams.<br/><br/>Collaborate closely with client teams, architects, engineering leads, and SMEs to deliver scalable data solutions aligned to business objectives.<br/><br/>Continuously improve delivery effectiveness by leveraging best practices, accelerators, and capabilities across the organization.<br/><br/>Identify opportunities to expand engagements, drive additional value, and support business growth initiatives.<br/><br/>Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer success.<br/><br/>Skills & Experience<br/><br/>15+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, and digital transformation programs.<br/><br/>Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage effectively at executive and operational levels.<br/><br/>Deep understanding of data and analytics technologies, including:<br/><br/>ETL and data integration platforms<br/><br/>Data warehousing and data modeling<br/><br/>Business Intelligence and reporting solutions<br/><br/>Modern data platforms including Databricks and Azure Data Services<br/><br/>Data governance, quality, and operationalization concepts<br/><br/>Proven experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.<br/><br/>Strong program management, delivery governance, financial management, and risk mitigation capabilities.<br/><br/>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and bring the full breadth of organizational capabilities to enhance client outcomes and delivery excellence.<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
