• Provide instruction in marine engineering practices
• Design effective and engaging teaching methodologies
• Ensure safety measures in labs and classrooms
• Continuously update personal knowledge of industry trends

• Second Engineer or Chief Engineer STCW Certificate
• At least five years of engineering experience
• Expertise in marine electrical and engineering practices
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
