Become a pivotal part of Indigo as the Director of Talent Development, responsible for shaping our talent strategy to drive business performance and employee growth. This role focuses on creating scalable talent development processes across various teams.<br/><br/>As a senior leader, you will define Indigo’s talent development roadmap, aligning with our business objectives and workforce needs. You will identify capability gaps, partner with senior leaders to build a high-performance culture, and advance Indigo’s learning ecosystem. Your impactful contributions will ensure our teams are equipped to thrive in their careers while delivering superior customer outcomes.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Shape talent and capability strategies to support business performance
• Partner with leaders to identify future talent needs
• Develop a multi-year talent development roadmap
• Build and lead a high-performing Talent Development team

• 10-15 years in talent development or management
• Relevant university degree
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design
• Strong experience in performance management
