About the Role
Solutions Metrix is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our President — a hands-on leader who runs the company and serves as a CRM subject matter expert. That means a constant flow of strategic decisions, client engagements, and sales activity all landing on one desk. Yours will be the steady hand that keeps everything moving.
This isn’t a “schedule meetings and order lunch” kind of role. You’ll be a trusted partner — anticipating needs, managing priorities, filtering noise, and making sure the President’s time goes where it matters most.
What You’ll Do
🗓️ Own the calendar and inbox — protect the President’s time, work toward inbox zero, and ensure every meeting has a purpose
🧠 Be the gatekeeper — triage requests, push back when something doesn’t need his attention, and handle what can be handled
✈️ Manage travel and expenses — flights, hotels, rentals, receipts, and compliance sorted without him lifting a finger
📄 Keep records sharp — format documents, maintain L10 meeting notes, agendas, and issue lists in Confluence
🤝 Sync across teams — stay looped in on active files, keep stakeholders informed, and flag anything that needs escalating
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Sound judgment and the confidence to push back when needed
- Discretion with confidential and sensitive information
- Proactive mindset — you solve problems before they’re problems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with tools like Confluence, calendar management, and expense platforms is a plus
- Prior EA or senior administrative experience preferred
